Default Time of the month question

There is only one time each month that I don't like being a girl!!!! And yep, it's that time. This is a prime overeat period (he he) for me. Tell me, did you retain water and gain during your period? I am going to be very careful because I know how vulnerable I am. Any suggestions? HELP!

Jenn

Way back in the Dark Ages when TOM and Aunt Flo used to visit, I'd put on 3-4 pounds just before they arrived and drop it overnight after they'd been here a while.
Focus on good snacks and water and the Whoosh Fairy will visit.
Isn't it fun being a woman?

I always retain and gain around TOM. It is inevitable...but it goes away ususally on the second or third day!

I don't. Sometimes I even lose during this time.
