I am not a huge fan of ice cream. Now, BBQ potato chips are another story

I haven't had chips in any form or flavor in about a month now. Yay but sigh as well

Chicks, I just found a new natural peanut butter at the store.
Its made by Skippy. And you don't have to stir it! AMEN to that!

And I also found an inexpensive SF syrup made by Cozy Cottage and its made with Splenda.

And saw some SF jelly made by Polaner. Also made with Splenda.

I'll have to look for the Skippy natural pb. 'Cause the stirring kind is about the grossest thing I've ever seen!

I've been using the Becel (pump) spray-on topping, which claims to have 0 cals and 0 fat. I suspect that drinking the bottle would go beyond the trace amounts, but for 5 sprays they claim 0. I like to spray it on steamed veggies for a bit of flavour and on fish so the topping (Mrs Dash Garlic) stays on. Has anyone else tried it?

You might want to check the ingredients on that so-called natural Skippy PB: Roasted Peanuts, Sugar, Palm Oil, Salt. They've added sugar and one of the unhealthy tropical oils to good old peanuts and salt.

I know, I was so mad when I picked it up and turned it around only to see they replaced ingredients w/ that dreaded sugar!!!

Maybe some company will come out w/ a good one w/out sugar and the oil on top, hey one can hope...right?

Default Thomas's Light Whole Wheat English Muffins

My favorite thing for breakfast was/is an Everything bagel with CreamCheese and slice tomato (ABCDElicious!)...I also like English muffins .. I don't like Whole wheat bagels very much so I found a way to have my fav with some modifications:

Thomas's Light Whole Wheat English Muffins...
100 cals/1 Fat/22 Carbs/8 Fiber/7 Protein....

With LF Cream Cheese and slice tomato... a 180 calorie breakfast...

I saw them too. My HB made Eggs Benedict. She bought those (so thoughtful) and I only had a very little hollandaise sauce (made with FF milk and Brummel and Brown)
