Default Not hungry but "missing something"

I just love reading everyone's posts and wanted to join in. Today is day 1 for me and I am not feeling hungry, but feeling like something is missing. Sugar, perhaps? Anyone else feeling or have felt like this? Kind of weird. Anyway, I am looking forward to a journey to a healthier new me. Thanks for all your support.

Debbie, welcome!

I definitely felt like something was "missing" until I detoxed. It takes me 3 days, but it takes some people as long as five. Once it's over, though, you don't feel like you are missing much. Your head might crave (bad habits) but your body won't...and it makes losing weight so much easier!!! With so little to lose (lucky you! ) your weight will come off slowly, but remember that slow weight loss tends to stay off!

Don't stress about the missing sugar. Use this time to form some healthy new habits...go for a walk, post in the 3FC Journals (they are fabulous!) research some recipes, do some crafts, talk on the phone with a friend, but stay out of the kitchen and away from the sugar. You'll be so happy at the end of this week!
