I just wanted to share my Peanut Butter - I'm so glad I get to have 2TBS a day I have bought natural peanut butter before, the jar kind and the freshly ground kind. This new stuff I got at Costco and it's called "Marantha Organic" It is the smoothest, sweetest natural peanut butter I have ever had!!! Once you stir it up, it never needs stiring again. It is soooo creamy. The kind that I get Whole Foods or Sun Harvest that are freshly ground seem dry and grainy. They grind this so fine, it tastes like the real deal! (meaning Jif, Skippy etc! The sugared kind!) All it has is peanuts and salt - but it still tastes really sweet (maybe because it's ground so fine - broken down more?)

I wouldn't have been able to survive without it!!! A diet that allows cheese and Peanut Butter (and then dark chocolate on phase 2....) I'm in heaven!!!

So, did you do Mexican last night? How was it? I was up before 6:00 this morning and I went to some yard sales (I love doing that all by myself!!!) It's "me" time cause nobody wants to go with me!!!!!
It's now 10:00 and I'm eating breakfast (kinda late) I'm having the mock french toast. It's actually pretty good! Wish I had some sugar free syrup, but I'm just eating it with spray butter. If you haven't tried it yet, it's not bad.

DD has soccer today, so we're headed out for that.

I'm with you, I love Peautbutter,my mom deprived me of it when I was a child,and now I can't get enough of it. My brand is Teddies all Natural,and the SB a wonderful way of eating,and its going to be my way of life.

Last night was pizza at the bowling alley (didn't eat any!)

Tonight is going downtown to the River Walk - probably eat BBQ or Steakhouse (I'm going for steak - BBQ can have lots of sugar!)

Sunday we are making our own fajitas for dinner, and if we do go to the Fiesta - I'll be good We might hit Fiesta tonite, but are running out of time!

I order fajitas alot when we eat out. I just have them without the rice or wraps and kind of make them into a salad with all the lettuce and stuff. YUMMY!
