Smile new and excited

i was soooo excited to see replies already!!! thankyou so much laurie and ellis. i feel like i have come to the rite place. laurie you suggested exercise which i have just started this weekend . i got a wieght set and a treadmill that all i had to do was shake off the dust has anyone here tried the new sbd frozen meals??? they would really be a big help to me. i live alone most of the time(hubby is longhaul truck driver) so if i buy much of the fresh stuff it often goes to waste before i can eat it all or i get really bored with the same old thing which is what my sister things mite have happend cuz i ate the same thing everyday cheese omlette 2strips turkey bacon for breakfast and garlic chicken breast.stirfry veggies and sb(mashed)cauliflower. this was EVERY day and i would mix up lunch with a salad and low carb yogurt. i have lost 45lbs on sbd so i know it works ive just been at a stand still for soooo long but on the other hand i havent gained back any (well except that 5 @ christmas) but after a couple of weeks back at phase 1 i did lose that! so im really looking forward to getting to know everyone

Hi Faylene!

Congrats to you on your weight loss success, how wonderful!

I didn't realize SBD HAS frozen meals?? hmmmmm, that would be a lot easier some days, then having to cook two meals for dinner (and/or lunch)...
