Jwilli, I know it can be SO hard, but try not to get discouraged...just think, you are three pounds lighter this week!! thats awesome. The last time I lost weight (gotta love pregnancy, lol...well, of course the living breathing result, but definitely not the extra rolls or butt, lol)...each time I found I was getting discouraged, I would think about what one pound LOOKS like...for instance, a pound of beef...ewwww...and envision that no longer on your tummy or butt, lol. Just keep plucking away, it'll keep coming off. I think each person is just different in how they lose.
