HI everyone. I am new to SBD and to the forum as well!. My name is Katie, and I am 21. I am currently 230lbs, and my goal is 140-150lbs. I have 2 kids, MacKenzie, 2 in May, and Madelyne, 3.5 mos. After getting married, having 2 kids, the weight has just piled on. Im wanting to lose the weight by April 2006, but hopefully can do it sooner with SBD.
I just started today and so far soo good. Oh and I plan on staying in Phase 1 for 3weeks.

Welcome Katie! I'm pretty much a newb here too, but the ladies have been wonderful in answering my questions...Good luck to you!! don't get discouraged if you feel kind of 'blucky/funky' the first so many days...I'm on day four of phase one and slowly adjusting...
