Smile What's for dinner?

We're making a beer butt chicken, grilled caesar salad, grilled veggies and fresh strawberries for dessert.

Beer butt chicken? Is that the one done on the barbie with a bear can up its butt?

We are going out to lunch with a group of friends and dinner may be fairly light, depending on what we eat at noon. Right now I'm planning peameal bacon and poached eggs with spinach on whole wheat English muffins. I have salad stuff on hand too. That should do it.

The pizza was delicious. My DH wasn't that crazy about the crust, but oh well, I really liked it. It was very filling. I had two pieces and was stuffed.

I'm using leftover chicken meat, ww penne, diced tomatoes, basil, garlic and a light alfredo sauce Yummy! tossing a salad, a side of fresh green beans, some sf jello, and dinner is complete. I set the table super cute and am serving sparkling water in some pretty wine goblets. It is such a beautiful day here, I'm in the spring mood

We're having Coq au Vin tonight. It's a Weight Watchers recipe... I've never tried it before. Looks yummy!

Chicken breast marinated in low salt and low carb teriyaki sauce with stir fried peppers, mushrooms, zucchini and brown rice.

Um, Laurie, beer(maltose) is not allowed. Use white wine instead or substitute chicken stock.
