Newb on board!
Hi guys, did some investigating, reading up and planning...and today is my first SB day!
Just looking for a place to come, get some tips, share some pain , and meet new friends.
I'm 30, have two beautiful children...my youngest being 14 months. I was on bedrest with her, gained a ton...then was down with back problems, back surgery...now looking to shed these extra hips and 6 month preggie looking belly!

Thanks for the welcome guys! I'll be reading through some previous messages, looking for helpful hints.
BTW, how do you get the little goal keeper I see each of you have on your posts, stating your starting point and goal?

Welcome to the beach. for making a healthy choice for yourself.
Go to User CP at the top left, then click on signature (which will also be on the left) then there will be a countdown clicker that you just click on then follow their instructions. Really easy or else I wouldn't have one.

Thanks all!
I have a newb question...I have this Sugar Free Spiced Cider flavor drink mix...says its caffeine free, sugar free, low calorie with 4 g. of total carbs. 0 fat, 15 calorie, 0 sugar...is this something that I would be allowed to use in the first two weeks do you think?

You would need to give us the list of ingredients. I tend to think it would contain things we shouldn't have but we can't tell for sure without know what is in it.

Oh, okay, thanks!
I'm reading it and I'm definitely thinking its a no , but here goes:
Maltodextrin, malic acid, apple juice solids, caramel color, aspartame, sodium citrate, tricalcium phosphate, ascorbic acid, natural and artifical flavors, spice extractive.

Apple juice isn't allowed on either phase 1 or 2. When you get to phase 2 you can have fresh fruit though. The fiber helps overcome the affects of the natural sweetness of the fruit.
