Thumbs up So What ARE You Eating?

Ok, new thread...just for fun!

So what is everyone's favorite SB fair. Last night I made the recipe with the fried radishes. It tastes so much like fried potatoes, I was in heaven. What does everyone one here just love that is SBD friendly?

I love so many things on SBD! I actually was at a loss deciding what I wanted for my birthday dinner because I really enjoy what we eat every day!

I love the following:
  • taco bake
  • Stuffed chicken with ricotta and tomatoes
  • White chicken chili
  • Frisee salad with blue cheese, nuts, and pears from the SBD cookbook
  • Spinach and ricotta calzone with WW crust from Cooking Light
  • Greens and roasted turnips from Moosewood Cookbook (New Classics, I think)
  • Tomato Basil Burgers from Morningstar
  • Spinach salad with Red. fat feta and Annie's Tuscan Italian dressing
  • PB cup!
  • SF cheesecake from a local baker and my FIL, of course
  • This awesome white bean stew with sundried tomatoes and pesto from Cooking Light
  • 3 bean salad
  • refried vegetarian beans with LF cheddar cheese and salsa
  • Apple and PB or Banana and PB (or my special favorite, dill pickles and PB )
  • Fresh green beans with tons of garlic, some olive oil and balsalmic
  • Chocolate covered strawberries
  • Decaf latte with skim milk and SF Irish Cream syrup
  • Steamed broccoli with lemon, also broccoli with cheese sauce
  • Homemade cocoa with skim milk and English Toffee SF syrup
  • Couscous, any way!
  • Quinoa timbales recipe from maybe the Good Carb cookbook...I've forgotten!

My favorite thing right now is not SB friendly. All I can say is the dam rabbit. (wink)

I did a huge pot of vegetarian chilli last week and froze it into smaller containers and heated it up for lunch at work. I was the envy of everyone there. It smelt great, and tasted better.

Little chick is saying I wish the Easter bunny had only brought carrots. LOL. I have been eating chocolate as a staple these days. My face is starting to break out from all the sugar. I need to detox again. I do like the crustless pizza. I need to start trying a few more recipies. I also like the pork chop one.
