Hello Everyone!!
Today is day one of my South Beach diet experience! So far so good... We'll see how my sweet tooth does later

I'm very excited, and I can not wait to start shedding the pounds. I know several people who have had nothing but great success w/ S.B., I am hoping the same will happen for me.
Some of the people I know only did Phase 1 for one week. Is this advisable? What do you guys reccomend? At this point I am doing the full two weeks, I WANT my new car!!
