Cool Oh Happy Day!

Well with three weeks behind me, 16 1/2 pounds gone forever and a whole new happy, healthy life in sight I am excited!

I have never done anything so natural, I have found my secret key and the door is opened for good.

I hope everyone has a happy Tuesday!

(Also, I am really not this perky...must be all the water!)

Congrats. Keep up the great work. I found the same thing...this WOE is so natural to me, I can't believe my great fortune - eat the way I want and lose weight, too!

I do a cardio workout 5 times per week, if possible. We have an indoor and outdoor track at work, so I go do my workout during my lunch break. I have been hit or miss the past few weeks because I have been running my mom around to appointments and trying to book them at lunch time.

I also have been trying to do strength and flexibility training at home every second day. This has worked out well with my schedule and I don't feel like exercise is eating into my personal time.
