Red face Back on South Beach
Hello, my name is Sarah and I've just started back on south beach diet. I did it last year and did very well but I didn't stick with it so... here I am. Anyway I would love to chat and I need some moral support if I'm going to stick with it. I recently lost my job and since then have put on another 10 lbs. I've decided enough is enough and now I feel determined to get back down to a healthy weight. I'm trying to start making healthier choices, drinking more water, and exercising. It's going to be difficult because my husband has a lot of food/weight issues of his own. I know I can do it with some support! Thanks... Sarah
