I love these threads. Thanks for starting it! We are having Red Snapper Courtboullon. DH will have rice with it. I will have cooked shredded cabbage. It has lots of tomatoes, onions and spices in it and is really good. I'm also fixing Sesame Ginger Asparagus and will probably also fix a small portion of another vegetable.

No fruit with dinner but I will probably have grapes as my dessert. I will drink a tall glass of 1% milk with some SF Da Vinci chocolate syrup for flavor.

Rotisserie Chicken skinless, mixed steamed veggies, and a salad. I made some gummy worms for later.

We're on Phase 1...so Im hoping this is a good meal for it. LOL!
But Im making Shepherd's Pie using lean ground turkey, seasoned + a layer of mashed cauliflower and topped with some LF cheese. I hope it turns out well. We always eat mashed potatoes on it, but since we're back on track Im going to try out the mashed cauliflower!

chicken breast w/ grilled balsamic onions, some cheese, Gai-Lan (Chinese broccoli). Maybe a ricotta creme or sf jello for dessert.
