Hi Chicks,

Ruth-Your food for thought hits the head on the nail for me! Let me tell you the "battlle" makes SBD way of life "HEAVENLY"!!!! You chicks make it fun, and with the love and encouragement from my hubby, all will make me soar with the eagles in my 2nd chance for living!!!

TO ALL CHICKS---- The next time you feel a hunger "discomfort" (I don't call it pain, cause it very minor to REAL pain!) tell yourself...WOOHOOO it's working and I'm getting healthy!!!!!! And think of that special outfit you're going to be a KNOCKOUT in and the next thing you know it will be time to eat
the SB way!!!!!

Gotta scoot, the pile of work on my desk awaits.............UGH!

OOPS--- forgot my good news....hubby and I both lost 3 lbs on wk 1 of Phase II......WOOOOHOOOOO looks like we can get a couple of my carbs this week! :
