Mornin all;
Hope everyone has a blessed Sunday. Family outing was great yesterday. We drove up to Myrtle Beach to the Aquarium, then had lunch at Hard Rock Cafe. It was DH, DS, DD, SIL & GD's and me. Full van. But, it was real fun. The older adult children did not fight, that was a first in a long time. They seem to fight more than the GD's do. LOL. Was not to impressed with Hard Rock, at least my meal. Everyones else's was real good. My chicken wasn't cooked all the way. Still sorta rubbery like. but, it was nice anyway.
I didn't get a new outfit on Friday. I just stayed home and cleaned until the cows came home and did my nails. Was nice to come home after a long day and the house was all clean, laundry & all. Still that was this morning. So, free day. going to run some errands when DH & DS get back from getting the oil changed.
Have a relaxing day all.

I love being able to sleep in!! On my last day off (after working 7 straight days and looking forward to sleeping in)my mom called at 6:51a to tell me my little sister had her baby. I was excited, but couldn't they have waited till a more decent hour. I wasn't able to go back to sleep so my sleeping in plans were a bust. Today Camden slept until about 8:30 so I was very content with sleeping in till then. I think I'm coming down with a cold also but it's being very strange. Almost like it's playing hide n seek.
Well, I thought we were done with house stuff since we just moved in last May. We're going to put our house up for sale so we're doing some more stuff to it. We went last night to get the flooring stuff, window treatments and also ended up buying a new dishwasher...yeah!!! I'm hoping for a new stove for Mother's Day. Nothing fancy since we're going to be moving. Just as long as the self ignitor works.
I really should go hop in the shower while Camden is napping. We're headed up to Salt Lake to do Sunday visiting.

Karen~this is what I typically eat
Breakfast
1-2 cups of coffee
2 scrambled eggs w/a little cheese
Spicy v8
Morning snack
30 pistachios(sometimes if I didn't drink my V8 with breakfast I'll drink it with my snack
Lunch
Salad
leftovers from night before(yesterday was salmon)
Afternoon snack
yogurt or cottage cheese
Dinner
Salad
green beans
Wild Rice Turkey Burgers(we didn't eat them with buns)
Dessert
sf jello or pudding
I hope that helps a bit. I was making it harder on myself at first but I've lightened up and now it's fairly easy. We're easing into Phase 2 very slow. My breakfasts and morning snacks are always the same except when I make the mock french toast. I've found it's much easier to make extra food for dinner so I have lunch and then I don't have to try to buy something that is OP at the mall food court.

Good morning, Chicks~~
I think the Bextra is kicking in. My fingers don't hurt quite so bad as they had before. Feet still hurt though, so I won't be doing any ballet moves en pointe in the next few days.
Today is a lazy day. Just gotta feed the dragon (do laundry). Already got two loads down and have 3 to go. I may just make dinner for the gang if they're really, really nice to me.
Ruth, eat the toad, huh? Boy, that means I've eaten a LOT of toads in my day...a LOT!
Okay, dh wants to play for a little while, then movie marathon time.
You all have a great day!

Well the floor is half way done. We had to go get more. Finally the neighbor came over and pulled the guy off the brush pile he ran up on. Then the poor guy had a flat changed it then broke his key off so DH and Zack took him home! Kevin said he seemed to be a lil slow and where he lives is Gvmt housing. Poor guy! His dad has a spare set of keys but he lives in Guntersville which is about an hour away!
Mama..I need to be feeding the beast myself but I'm helpin (lol) DH instead! Glad you are feelin a lil better.
I'm goin to see what I can get into next! I think I'm drivin him crazy tellin him how good it looks and how excited I am about the floor! Pics soon I hope!

Checking back in. I had a good nap this afternoon but had nachos for lunch! I didn't feel like cooking and got them as take out from the Long Horn! I rationalized by saying the chili peppers would clear my chest. They didn't but sure were tasty! I actually feel much better after lunch and the nap!
It sounds like we've had a varied weekend. Let's get geared up for a good week, the last of this short month!

Yeah, Ruth. Maybe we can lose a couple of pounds this week. What a concept.
Take care of that cold, sweetie.
Well, I got the damned cabinet over the stove up. Plus I got the range hood (damned thing) attached to it.
Then, when I went to attach the horizonal flip door to the cabinet, I discovered that I'd put the freakin' cabinet on the wall upside down. That is so me. You should have heard the cursing. You can't even imagine.

Poor Ellis...... Just think everytime you open that door you can look back and smile because you put it on upside down first! Sounds like your movin right along. He's almost done but he is to where the stove and fridge are which is a hard part. There may be some choice words comin from him as well. I'll keep my ears closed! It has rained all day here and is still comin down! Poor hubby havin to go in and out to the garage to cut the pcs. of wood. What a man! Ok I'm goin to find summin to munch on. It has not been good eatin all week with the kitchen like it is!!!!!!! (excuses)
