Hi there! This is my first time on 3fc. After many attempts to do sbd alone, I am going to try to see how it works with support. I am on day two of phase 1 and so wish me luck!
Any suggestions to helping it to stick? Also, How did you all get those cool weight trackers? I created one but I cannot get it to attach to the post.
Hey Wendy welcome to the beach! For me the support here has helped sooooo much! I know I am not in it alone and I am not the only one that struggles at times. This is a great bunch of peeps in here! As far as the ticker goes I think you have to save it or something at the bottom. I know there are others who can tell you for sure. It's been a while since I did mine. sorry!

Cut and paste the tracker into your "signature". You can find your signature if you go to "User CP" at the top there...
Then, once you're on that page, you'll see "Edit Signature" in the left hand column.
If you're still having trouble, yell.

Hi, Wendy! I'm just starting SBD, too. I started here at 3FC after Christmas, but I'm on Day 1 of SBD. I'm doing Phase II because I'm breastfeeding. The people here are great!
