Default Good afternoon ladies

I've been slow to get here today, I can see that you didn't wait up for me either..........gee thanks

Just another cold and dreary day here in Idaho, ugh I'm so sick of winter. Anchor, you just need to know that I'm the person your friends are setting you up with. Sorry to disappoint you, but it's me. No one deserves it more than me, because no one hates winter more than me right now

Weight is coming off slow, still trying to get back to preholiday numbers.

Hope you all have a great day!

Good Afternoon Gals,
Well, I had it out with my sabotaging coworker. Basically at the end, my boss (and hers) told her to get in her office and be quiet. He's sick of the bickering.. needless to say, no one said anything to me.

Ellis, thanks for thinking of Dp and I and court. Well, the hag didn't get her way! He does have to pay some hefty money but it will all workout and he gets to see his kids which is the most important thing.

Im feeling so good on this diet. I slid last night and had a cookie. I felt super guilty and sick--never do that again. I learn little by little that I need to feed myself good food not cr*p. Weather was horrible so we had another delay this morning. Good thing. I worked out it and it was great!

Tommorrow is my WI and I finally broke down and took my measurements. I don't plan to take them again till late next month.

Sounds like everyone is doing a great job on the SB.

Hi, my name is Misty and I am not doing so well on phase 2. I am sure it is a mental thing, but I have had a non-SBD treat every dingdang day. It's like "Oh if I can have some carbs I can have just a LITTLE bit of this, can't I?" Ugh. I may have to finish out the week on phase 1 and try again next week, because I do not want to screw this up!! Did anybody else have that kind of problem?

Yes, one little bit does hurt. Sorry, but if you are a sugar addict or carb addict like I am it's EVERYTHING!

Interesting article to read:

What a wonderful article! Thank you! I am sure I am addicted to carbs. I may need to be phase 1.5 forever.

RNMOM - Of course you can come. Anyone who hates winter may come! Thank God for the tanner! My friend who is cooking is printing me up the menu for the evening so I can go hang around the wine store looking pathetic so maybe some handsome Doctor can help me pick out the wine. I'm beginning to think maybe I should start keeping a journal so I can write my 40 and over dating adventures.
