I've been on the SBD since July (with lapses around the holidays!) and have been thrilled with the results, thus far! I been surfing through a plateau as of late (building muscle and not "losing" lbs.) and though these boards would be a good way to get some advice/support. I'm on Phase 1 (strict) right now and then plan on a what I call a Phase 1 1/2....somewhere between 1 and 2. I look forward to getting to know everyone!
