for the 63947374937 time!
Been off the track for a few months, I have not gained, but feel "thicker" and bloated. I have joined a gym and have been working out, but eating has been hectic and I find myself grabbing something quick and most of the time it has been a sandwhich ( whole grain bread,,,but still...).
On Monday I am restarting a strict phase one! I will save a few bucks by bringing my lunch instead of eating out. I feel better when I do phase one. I dont miss the rice and pasta as much as I did when I started. I can live without them for two weeks.
Keep the fingers crossed. Spriing and Summer are coming and I cant face it being heavy as I am now.
Anyone restarting out there?
