I'm on Phase II
B. Fresh fruit salad, scrambled eggs, Canadian bacon
L. Cole slaw and string cheese (big breakfast at the Church meeting)
D. Burger with bleu cheese, 1/2 ww bun, big green salad, ricotta dessert
Change isnít easy. But if you donít change, you stay the same, and whereís the fun in that?
B'fast - low fat vanilla yoghurt with home made muesli
m'tea - granny smith apple
lunch - homemade tomato based vegetable soup with borlotti beans and two slices of soy and linseed bread
a'tea - handful of cashews
dinner - vegetarian pizza made on a lavash bread with a big salad
Today was horrible for me. I left out at 7:15 this morning and didn't return til 9:00pm.
Breakfast - scrambled egg with ff mozzarella cheese
1 slice turkey bacon
5.5 oz V-8 juice
Lunch - hotdog with roll and chili (at Judo Competition, no other choices that's it)
Dinner - Had to eat at Burger king
Caesar Salad and dressing (2g sugar) with grilled chicken
Dessert - Sugar Free Jello and Cool Whip free
I didn't even get my water all in today. Tomorrow will be better!!
B: 1 cup plain yogurt with a little SF raspberry preserves mixed in.
1/2 WW bagel w/ 1 tbsp of FF Cream cheese
L: No lunch today. I totally zoned and when I finally came out of it, it was 6 o'clock and I reaized I had been doing homework for 8 hours.
D: 1 cup whole wheat Soba Noodles with water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, chicken breast and onions. SF Fudgesicle.
And lots of water!
