Okay, I think this is SBD-friendly, but it tastes so good it has me nervous! Ruth, Barb, and other SBD gurus, want to take a peek?

Hot Cocoa

2-3 tsp unsweetened cocoa (Hershey's)
2 Tbsp sweetener or SF syrup
Dash salt

Mix these three ingredients together in a large mug.

Heat 1 cup skim milk in the microwave until hot.

While mixing continuously, stir milk into mixture in mug. Then add 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract.

Drink and enjoy. SO good!

I'm so glad it looks okay to you guys...I figured it would, but honestly, it tastes like a cheat food!

I did it last night with caramel syrup...divine! :
