What is Phase 1.5?

In the book I see Phases 1, 2 and 3. I see the reference to 1.5 on some messages on this board. Is 1.5 another change since the book was published or a term used here?

It's just us! Some folks found they had to be very careful when adding back foods in Phase II so they did it slowly and some smarty pants named it Phase 1.5!
