I do Shredded Wheat with 1% milk and nuke it for two minutes in the microwave, and add splenda or stevia. Mushy but warm and delicious. I do Weetabix the same way.

I bought some of the carb special K, have not tried it yet, a little scared to start adding the starches back. . Although I did have an egg salad on high fiber multi grain bread sunday on at the ski hill but I figured I would burn it off.
