Default vegetarian new to south beach, help me

Hi, I'm new here and need any advice you can give me. I need to know if this can be done for 2 weeks on phase 1, as a vegetarian. The recipes on the next forum lead me to believe that it can be done, if I don't get sick of eggs. If I can get past phase 1, I think I'll be fine. I thank you in advance for getting me off to a good start. This program seems right for me, since I have hernia surgery looming in the near future and the dr. told me to lose the belly fat or it will not last. Love, Neema

Hi, Neema, and welcome to The Beach. Eggs, milk, soy products and legumes will help you get going on Phase I. Do you eat cheese? It will help too. Good luck!
