    Hey Chicks....anyone remember me? The once chubby, then svelte, now chubby again FrannyMae? Yup, that's right folks, I fell off the beach and blew up like a beach ball!

    So, I'm back. I see that Ruth and Ellis are up to their old games....nice to see some familiar faces! I have missed all the support there on the beach, and really need to get back to what worked for me.

    I may not be diving into the deep end just yet, but will be wading when I get a chance! Good to see you all!
