Phase I Weight Lose Question
 

I weighed myself yesterday morning and was surprised to discover that after my first week of Phase 1 I had lost 12 lbs. Don't get me wrong It was a very pleasant surprise but I am wondering if this is normal.

Everyone is different based on how they had already been eating, how much they have to lose and things like if you are on a diuretic. 12 pounds is a good loss for the entire two week phase 2 so you may find that you don't lose much in your second week. Don't let that discourage you. Congratulations on how well you are doing.
