New to the site but

not new to dieting. I posted an intro somewhere else which I would have just copied but this is faster then figuring out where it is. I'm a 52 yr old working mom with a SAH husband and a 4 yr old tornado (aka my daughter).

I am restarting SBD because I want to be healthy for my daughter. I plan to be around to see her grow up and have her own babies.

Welcome to the Beach, Ly! I have my own 7 year old son who is my reason for getting healthier (and a out of work husband but that is a whole other story).
