Hey chicks I am in again for about 2 seconds. The mom who was susposed to meet with me yesterday couldn't and is coming in a half hour. Atleast I didn't have to do housework, DH had the house all tidy and the floors moped. Well I am off again.

Hi, everybody! I feel so energized! I got in an hour long Powerflex class and an hour on the stationary bike. I have a feeling I will be a little sore tomorrow from the class. Yesterday was two hours of cardio. I love it and the weight is just dropping off. I actually weighed in at 147 this morning which is down 5 pounds on the month. That was my goal! My official weigh day is Wednesday though so I'll wait a little and see if it stays this low before I adjust my ticker.
I've done great with my eating today so far. I'm eating with the Train club tonight at a Mexican restaurant. I had DH run by yesterday and bring me the menu. I think the Shrimp Taco salad will be the best as long as I don't eat the bowl. It looks like they are a little light on the vegetables so I made sure to get lots in for breakfast and lunch.

Amy, my DH said, "Tell her we only have expensive, organic peanut butter, and the mice aren't getting it!"
I'm going to try it... thanks for the tip!

Hi RNMOM... I actually have another 30 kilos to lose which is 66 pounds for you guys... I just don't go well with many carbs at all.
Focus... I am not sure that Japanese would be ok for phase 1.. many meals have rice, but perhaps for phase 2 but you could have miso soup I suppose! Chinese would be ok for phase 1... get meals without the rice and have stifrys with vegies.

That's a lot of beggin she'll have to do! lol No parents! :-( But I am probably goin to get knocked out of my New York trip this summer because of it. another :-( Oh well! Eating for me is the pits right now but I am goin to the grocery as soon as I feel like eating and getting OP stuff. Right now nothing looks good to me. Well I'm off to get my jammie's on I'm in for the night. Have a good evening everyone!

Quick good morning as I get ready for Church at 8:30. My hair decided to lose its curl overnight so my bangs are hanging in my eyes. I wonder where the curling iron is hiding.
Ellis has sent her mice to live here! As I sat and sipped my coffee at the kitchen table, two big fierce dogs dozing at my feet, a mouse came out of the cupboard under the sink, looked at me, left and came back again for another look! I dug out the peanut butter and set a trap and The Girls finally got interested. It was the smell of the peanut butter, not the mouse! I think I may trade them for a cat!
Have a good Sunday, chickies!

Well I have seen evidence of the lil bugers so my cooks man put poison under the house and now there is a funky odor in the dining room which I do believe would be on of them down for the count! YUCK! I thought with poison they did not smell! I have seen a cat hangin around as well which I did not run off hoping maybe it would eat the lil varments. I think it is more interested in Dunkin's dog food though because when I came in lastnight it was in the bag! Well I hope you all have a good day today! I have to go to Lowe's with DH to get a blind for the diningroom window.

Posting a quick belated Happy Birthday to Ruth.
Also, Ellis congratulations on catching some of those critters. Are you sending them to Ruth? I have a cute story about mice and my grandson (he was about 7.) When they were staying here for a week we were overrun with mice in the garage (dog food is stored out there.) We started setting traps and he was so excited every time we caught a mouse and he would help us set up the traps again once we disposed of the body but...one day we went out there and there was a little tiny baby mouse. He looked at me with teary eyes and said "I hope he didn't suffer grandma." He never checked the traps again. I believe my grandson is a very compassionate person.
Congratulations to those of you that have lost this week. I lost about a 1.5 lbs which is a far cry from the 15 that I hoped to dump in January. But then again I believe I have to stop eating some of the things I am eating to have a steady weight loss. I was sick all of the last week with bronchitis and sinus infection, the sinus thing started right about the first of the year but the bronchitis was newer. Taking anibiotics now so hopefully will feel better real soon.

Bunna I hope you feel better soon! That is what I have been suffering from myself for a few weeks now. I took my last antibiotic lastnight so I hope it is all behind me now!
Jess... Just politely let him know your not looking for that someone special right now. He does not have to know it's just him. lol Or if he has a recent ex you can ask Anchor for tips on how to send him back to her! teehee! Love to ya Anchor! lol
I have been pulling up my kitchen floor. Previous owners had put down those peel and stick tiles which have seperated and look like crap. There is vinyl under it and i was goin to just get the glue off and have the old vinyl until I redo my kitchen but DH had the idea to just pull it all up. Well it seems as though the old dishwasher had a leak at some point in it's lifetime because the floor is all crumbled there! So it looks like DH will be doin a lil floor repair. I think I have decided to go with hardwood like the rest of the floors because I can add to that easy enough when we redo the kitchen. Well I am off to relax after all that hard work! lol
