Less arthritis pain??
I just realized, as I reached for my bottle of ibuprofen, that this was the first time I have needed to take it since starting Phase I ten days ago. I used to pop them like some folks eat M&Ms, and I just haven't seemed to need them until today (it's raining — my joints are little barometers  ).
Has anyone else noticed that they don't hurt as much? I thought at first it might be because of no potatoes because some folks think that nightshade plants cause arthritis pain, but I've been eating eggplant which is also a nightshade. I LOVE the unexpected bonus, but was wondering if I'm the only one with it. Thanks. Marion in Savannah |
Marion, that's pretty cool! I don't have arthritis, but I do know that my body has not felt as good as it feels right now in decades!
I wonder if maybe losing even 10 days worth of weight has made life just that much easier for your joints? :chin: |
Wow, Marion... what a great "side effect"! I'm so glad for you!
