Is this okay for Phase I - Tandori Chicken
FI and I treated ourselves to Indian food last night. We passes on the rice and naan, and he ordered a mixed tandori grille (chicken, shrimp and lamb) and I had tandori chicken - it was all white meat.
I think it's SBD friendy and we'd like to treat outrselves now and agian, but would love to make sure it's phase one and SBD approved. Lisa |
Sounds good to me unless there was sugar in the rub. Even then, a wee bit won't hurt in the big scheme of things. This is a lifestyle change, not a diet, remember.

Hi Tilley,
We are big fans of indian food as well. I make it alot from scratch at home now and we tend to steam vegies to have on the side, or use a small portion of brown rice now that we are on phase 2 or use lentils and chickpeas as the base. They are all great alternatives! Great advice about not getting crazy about it as well! |
