Congrats on the date anchor!! I bet the compliment made your whole month! That's some nice encouragement if nothing else! I hope you have a great time!

Stephie..I am right there with you. I started Phase One again yesterday as well. So far so good. Any amount of exercise is good in my opinion. I also did a mile yesterday as well as some sit-ups. Same for tonight, hoping to get in 50 sit-ups tonight after my walk. Welcome to the board!

Ok, I did NOT make my 50 sit-ups. I was dying after 20 as I had just gotten done walking on the treadmill.. I did end up pushing them to do 30. But now, I'm feeling sick. UGH! I was drinking while I was on the treadmill & I do have another fresh glass of water, but, ugh! I don't feel so well.

Hey, at least you did 30. Like you said...any amount of exercise is good! I did 30 minutes running/walking on the treadmill, and did weights for another 30 minutes. I wanted to do some crunches when I got back but I was EXHAUSTED! I drank 1 liter of water today too so, i'm pretty satisfied with how I did today. Good luck tomorrow!! Hope your feeling better and keep up the good work!!!

WTG Stephie! If I can keep this up daily.. I think things will be just fine..and allow myself a day or two a week I don't do my usual routine.. I work part time for a restaurant so I run run run the whole time I'm there.. That should count right? And I am a nurse so I run for 8-12hrs..that counts too right? LOL We dont' really have a gym per-se around here...but we have a community center that has weights, treadmills, etc..I guess I need to get a new key for the place..I have a treadmill at home that I have dusted off. HA HA I've had it for 3years now..Um, barely used a year...IN ALL ..That's so bad. Oh well, getting lots of use now.

Oh wow, it sounds like you have two jobs that require quite a bit of movement! That's great! Me on the other hand, I am a full time college student, So I sit in a desk for hours everyday, and I have a part time job sitting at a desk on a computer. Not much activity there. I think it is good to allow a day or two a week where you can take a break from the work out routine. At least that's what I am gonig to do. I don't want to get so tired of exercising. Today I enjoyed it and want to keep it that way!
