Default Just checking... DaVinci Sugar-Free syrups are ok for phase I, right?

I bought a whole pile of 'em when I tried Atkins (lasted 3 days, HA!) and have been putting 'em in my plain fat-free yogurt to give it some taste. That's OK, right? They're all sugar-free (Splenda) and fat-free.

They are perfectly fine in phase 1. They definitely are a great way to flavor plain yogurt.

They are great in the ricotta creme. I use Irish cream in mine!

I've bought both the Kahlua and Raspberry flavored DaVinci's. I like the raspberry in smoothies - yum!
