My honest advice? Leave! No kidding--if you can't get the temptations out of the house, then go for a walk or the library or take a class somewhere--willpower is strong, but if you can just avoid temptation, then I'd vote for that. If you're stuck at home, then find healthy snacks and drink a lot of water to try and fill you up. I wish I could offer more advice! Good luck--I'm sure you'll be fine. =)
