Can I have Honey Mustard salad dressing in Phase One?

I wasn't sure if the "honey" was really honey. It's at my work cafeteria so I don't know how many sugars it has.

I did some quick searching online and it looks like all the recipes for Honey Mustard dressing do use honey. The nutritional info that I have found shows that it is very high in sugar content. You would be better off with a vinegar and oil type dressing if you are not able to determine the exact ingredients.
