Hi, I'm new here
Hi everyone, I've been looking around this site for a while, finally decided to post  I started the South Beach yesterday and I'm really excited. I tried Atkins over and over again but it's just too strict for me. Anyway, it will be nice to get the support I need to stay motivated. Good Luck to you all in reaching your weight loss goals!
