Anything with 3 grams of sugar or less. I use kraft free ranch.

I use Newman's Balsamic Vinagrette but you might look at http://www.kraftfoods.com/South_Beach_Diet/ There is a link to Product information for products approved for South Beach http://www.kraftfoods.com/South_Beac...nformation.htm or click on the Kraft Shopping List and it breaks down their products by the Phase.

I have never seen Kraft CarbWell here .... Hmm .. i wll have to go scour all the grocery stores again!!!
