Smile Hello there!
Thank you A Broad for directing me to this section of the board. I signed up on 3FC this weekend. My husband and I started Phase I yesterday and we seem to be doing pretty well. I have all of the meals planned out for the first two weeks. Getting into the routine of making the lunches ahead of time is what is going to be the biggest challenge for me, I think.

I look forward to getting to know you all!

You're welcome, and glad you popped on over to join us.

It sounds like you are prepared and ready to do this. You have a leg up already and that is planning the meals ahead of time. Also, once you get into the routine of packing the lunches it will be a walk in the park.

It's great that your DH is following this WOE (way of eating) too. Some of us don't have that option (mine is a picky eater).

The experienced SBers here are a wealth of info, plus we have a recipe section, FAQs, and a daily chat, too.
