Hello everyone. I hope that everyone is having a wonderful wednesday. I hope everyone's holiday shopping is going well or, even better, complete!
Today is my holiday lunch for my office and I could use a little advice. I have restarted Phase I just as of yesterday and I want to be to the T. So today our lunch with be held at a Chinese food restaurant. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for an on plan lunch. I was thinking just Chicken and broccoli. How does that sound? Any other suggestions? I don't want to be that girl that doesn't eat at the party because I am on a "diet".
