I just need some input, and some of your knowledge.
I've gotten pretty good with SBD, where I know what I can or can't have by looking at the ingredients and nutritional info.
Thus bringing me to my question.. what are some No-No
ingredients? Things that as soon as you see them listed as an ingredient, make you put the product back.
I know the obvious ones, sugar
, high fructose corn syrup
, partially hydrogenated oils
, etc. But are there any others that I (or anyone else) may not be familiar with? Just so I can get better at the shopping thing, and totally master this lifestyle.
