I am having friends over for Thanksgiving dinner on the 25th, and would like to keep my meal pretty much on plan, yet still traditional for my guests.
I'm in Phase 2, but would like to limit the meal to one or two starchy carbs. Plus, I'd like to make a great dessert, so no one would miss pumpkin pie.
I've only been here on the beach for 5 weeks, so it's all still rather new to me. Can any of you help with suggestions for a fabulous meal? We will, of course, be having turkey.
