I made it thru week 1 but did do some cheating. My scale read 152 on Monday, but 153 today. Next week is my TOM so I know that affects everything. No diet will ever cure my need for chocolate (dark only). I have been doing really well, but I do get hungry in the evenings, even though I am so full at dinner. I hit the treadmill yesterday for 45 min and trimmed the yard. Hopefully I will hit the treadmill every night this week too!
