Smile Day 7 and down 3 pounds!
I couldn't resist weighing myself this Sunday morning (day 7 of Phase 1). I am down 3 more pounds!

I am sure it is only water weight because I haven't been working out yet (I plan to start Monday, now that my headaches are gone!). But, I am glad about it anyway! One more week of Phase 1 to go!
