Leaving for Cambodia today..
 

Hi everyone!
Sorry that I haven't posted this week that much - but my preparations for my trip have gotten in the way. But I leave today at midnight! I am so excited about the trip - it will be a huge adventure.

I have refused to weigh myself until my return in three weeks and we will see how all of the exercise goes :) I am hoping to bust my November weight goal while over there!!!!!

I hope that everyone has a positive few weeks and I look forward to reading all of the weight loss tales. I may even post from Cambodia - internet cafes are apparently on every street corner!

Marianna, have a super vacation. You will be doing so much walking while there, you will not need to pay attention to your diet. It is more improtant to experience the cultural things there and part of that is the difference in eating. (Make sure you plug your nose the first few meals ;)

I really envy you your trip - I love the Asian cultures and their countries. Have a great one.
