Default Just started South Beach

Today was my first day of south beach diet....I did it!!! not too hard either...1 day down. How much should i be hoping to lose?

I see by your signature that you have very little to lose so please don't expect it all to drop off in Phase I. This plan is a healthy lifestyle plan so, although your weightloss will be slow, you will be changing the way you eat....for the better!

Welcome! I started Phase 1 on November 1st and am a newbie here, too! You do not have that much weight to lose, so, like Laurie said, it may not all come off iright away. How tall are you??

Blondie, are you having trouble getting your ticker to work?
Do this:
After you create yours, select the first choice (out of three) and copy it to your clipboard. Then come back here and go to User CP (up above in the purple bar) and create your signature, then paste the ticker info in your sig. Voila! (courtesy of A broad abroad... thank you!)
