Interesting! I take what I read on that website with a grain of salt...they are a bit odd in their thinking and often are inflammatory in what they write, but have some interesting perspectives. She often notes only one source for her information...that is likely unreliable unless the research has been done again...especially when the source she quotes is over 20 years old.
For instance, though any teacher or parent will agree that sugar causes hyperactivity in children, any doctor or medical person I've asked has always told me that there is no medical evidence of this.
I do agree, though, that sugar is a major problem...especially in the quantities we typically ingest!
