Great article! Some other things I read in the past negated the importance of water (although I kept drinking)...and I was shocked to hear that hazers last year caused a death in a college student due to drinking too much water! It's good to hear a different perspective!
Well thank ya very much mam! I had read that about goin by your weight before and glad it was in there as well. I needed that reminder. I have a hard time getting in all my water. I have a hard time drinking when I am not thirsty but I do the best I can. teehee Thanks again great article
God is big, so we expect him to speak with the voice of thunder or lightning or earthquake or fire. But God often expresses his powerful love in gentle whispers. Listen for God's whispers as well as his shouts.
"Bonci suggests that body weight may be a better gauge. "Take a third of your weight in pounds and that's how many ounces you need to drink daily," she says. A 150-pound woman, for example, will need 50 ounces, which translates to a little more than six cups of water."
So to need only 7.8 ounces, you would weigh 23.4 pounds, SoCalMinew? Or did you mean cups?
Am I missing something here?
Change isnít easy. But if you donít change, you stay the same, and whereís the fun in that?
