Wow you all look wonderful! I too started the SBD around August. I did good until just before Thanksgiving. Since then I cannot seem to get back on track. I have just been gaining my weight back! I saw everyone in here's pictures and it has really given me a boost of motivation! I just made myself a low carb lunch and am about to go exercise! Hopefuly soon I can post pictures with a great weight loss!!

Wow, I thought this was "Fat Chicks on the Beach", not "Gorgeous Babes on the Beach"! You are all so lovely! And the light of success is shining in quite a few eyes. :

Stephie, I'm sure the holidays sent many of us into a loop. Jump back on the Phase 1 wagon with us for a week and let's get going!
