Hi Lauren, Sweet Tooth, Laurie and Barbara! Thanks for the congratulations and the kind words of encouragement and welcome. I really need it today. I am sick (sore throat, upset stomach -- generally blah) so I haven't felt like eating much today or exercising.
My usual goal is to eat at least 3 meals a day (even if they are small) and preferrably 5 small meals (this seems to work the best for me.) But I only ate a small breakfast today so far and it's about 4:30 pm here!! I guess I'll give myself a break since I am under the weather today. My brain still has trouble computing that the more often I eat (the right foods of course) the more I lose... duh.
