For a family of 6, 2 adults and 4 kids we spend 500.00 per month. That's with my once a month junk food for the kids run (and when it's gone it's gone, but I do indulge them a little lol) and with DF and I being on this diet. It's good to know I am not the only person with a high food bill! This seems to be average!

Usually mine is $50-60 weekly -- IF I have the money to shop. Payday is tomorrow! The people at Giant better watch out!!!

This includes at least 2 meats and fresh veggies galore.
